About

Established in 1991 by Malcolm Elliott who began his career working for a Property Developer based in Cirencester in 1978.

Malcolms’ early career was spent mainly in the construction side of the profession, where he obtain OTEC and HTEC in Building Studies at local Technical Colleges. Following this, a four year spell at Aston University resulted in a BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Economics and Measurement. Further experience was then obtained working in Private Practice Surveying, a national housebuilder and finally back in Cirencester with developers.

Malcolm is a Chartered Surveyor operating mainly in what would traditionally be thought of as Building Surveying, but has also spent 5+ years as a staff valuer for major financial institutions.
